•        Coaches managers on effective management competencies and skills.

•        Maintains an awareness of and partners with Talent Acquisition to help achieve a high quality, diverse talent pipeline.

•        Will participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.

•        Handles highly sensitive, confidential work.

•        Will serve on projects.
